Spotlight HQ is a Web3-powered marketplace that allows users ("Fans") to book personalized digital experiences from verified public figures ("Celebrities"). We facilitate these interactions via blockchain technology and secure payments.

3. Booking and Payouts

• Celebrities set their own prices for services.
• Payments are made in cryptocurrency and held in escrow.
• If a booking is rejected or expires, the Fan is entitled to a refund.
• Spotlight HQ takes a platform commission as outlined in our Pricing policy.

4. Content Usage

Personalized videos provided through Spotlight HQ are for personal, non-commercial use by the Fan unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom commercial booking agreement.

5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate requests. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates our community standards without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spotlight HQ provides the technology platform but is not responsible for the creative content of the celebrity interactions. We are not liable for any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value during the escrow or payout process.
